To attend our online Bible studies you will need:

Internet access

• Paltalk works best using high speed internet however many have reported success using dial-up internet. You will need to remain connected to the internet during the study.

Paltalk Membership

• A basic Paltalk membership is free. Paltalk requires you to download and install their Paltalk Scene software in order to create a new membership. Because the free memberships are advertisement driven some have upgraded to a paid account. Paid accounts have various other benefits however we do not currently utilize any of these features. If the only reason you are considering a paid account is to avoid the advertisements, consider using Paltalk Express after you set up your free account.

Paltalk Software

• Paltalk Scene is the full version software which requires a Windows computer.
  • Paltalk Scene allows you to listen as well as participate using your computer’s microphone.
  • Paltalk Scene, when used with a free membership, displays advertising banners.
    • These advertisements may be considered inappropriate and may even cause ad-ware and spy-ware infections which behave like computer viruses. Make certain your computer is up to date with the latest security updates and anti-virus definitions to limit the impact of using this software. Upgrading to a paid account allows you to turn off the advertising.
• Paltalk Express is the web-based version which works on Windows, Macintosh and Linux computers.
  • Paltalk Express allows you to listen but participating using your computer microphone is not available yet.
  • Paltalk Express currently does not display advertising banners, even when using a free membership.
  • Paltalk Express requires the Flash plugin as well as Java, if you do not already have these you will be prompted to install them automatically.

• If you use Paltalk Express, clicking herewill open Paltalk Express, once you log in you will need to:
  • Click the Rooms Browser
  • Search for Treasures Of Truth And Knowledge coming from Col. 2:3
  • Double click Treasures Of Truth And Knowledge coming from Col. 2:3 room
